The Maintenance team is responsible for providing reactive and planned preventative maintenance throughout the campus. The aims of the Maintenance team are to achieve value for money with the available resources using a mixture of direct labour and specialist contractors and to plan maintenance works effectively to minimise the disruption to staff and students.

Jane has been part of Aston since 2007 working as front line customer services in the Library and Information department. In June 2013 she joined the Estates & Capital Development team as the Helpdesk administrator.  Jane's role enables her team to deliver effective maintenance as it is required across the campus.
