Part 5.1: Admission to Programmes

The qualifications for admission to a programme leading to a degree, diploma or certificate of the University shall be prescribed in Regulations. Candidates for admission to any programme leading to a degree, diploma or certificate awarded by the University must have attained the prescribed qualifications or have been exempted from them in accordance with Regulations.

Following enrolment at the University students are entitled to the privileges of membership of the University and are also bound by corresponding obligations to conform to the Charter, Statutes, Ordinances, Regulations, policies and procedures of the University.

Possession of the appropriate qualifications for entry to any programme does not entitle any person to be admitted to the University, and the University reserves the right to accept or reject any applicant for admission.

At the discretion of the Chief Operating Officer or their nominee on recommendation from the College in consultation with Registry, the payment of fees or other debts to the University may be deferred or waived.
