Key dates

  • Online applications for September 2019 first year undergraduates and first year postgraduates are now open.
  • If you're holding an unconditional firm offer and have applied for accommodation for 2019/20, we'll offer you a room from Tuesday 7th May 2019.
  • If you're holding a conditional firm offer and have applied for accommodation for 2019/20, we'll reserve you a room and offer it to you from 15th August 2019, when you have hopefully passed all your A-Levels.

Please refer to the appropriate section in the Allocation Policy as reference prior to making your online accommodation application. We allocate rooms dependent upon the room type you select on your online accommodation application, not building type. Please download the Allocation Policy for further details.

Residence tutors

The Residence Tutors are volunteer postgraduate students who assist in ensuring the provision and delivery of an effective system of pastoral care and welfare suport for students resident in Aston Student Village.
