- Why did you choose Aston University?
I chose Aston as it allowed me a wide range of choice in my course modules as well as an opportunity to take a placement year.
- What advice would you give to current Aston students?
My advice to current Aston students is that when searching for what comes next, try out a whole bunch of stuff and do what you love in the end. Your career is yours to mould and shape to how you want it to be.
- What do you enjoy about your current role?
The part I enjoy most about my current role is the opportunity to work on EU Exit which is exciting and relevant. Knowing that the work I do is important in ensuring that organisation’s are ready for Exit Day makes my work fulfilling. It's also a good chance to learn a lot about sectors I wouldn't have had the opportunity to do otherwise.
- What are your career ambitions for the future?
My hope is to move into party politics and become a Parliamentary Assistant, I want to then build on this role and work towards becoming an MP.
