Participation and Commitment

Learning together with your peers is a key aspect of the programme. You will be in a network with other ambitious business leaders from a wide range of businesses and sectors who are discussing and sharing similar challenges.


To benefit fully from the programme, you will need to make a significant commitment of time and effort to engage with the opportunities provided, to develop your growth strategy and to contribute to the success of fellow participants. In particular, all participants will need to attend all of the workshops.

The focus of the programme is to provide meaningful support to SMEs to create economic growth and job creation.


SMEs must have an operational base within one or more of the following LEP regions:

  • Black Country
  • Coventry and Warwickshire
  • Greater Birmingham and Solihull
  • The Marches ( Transitional area only - Telford and Wrekin and Shropshire )

Workshops will predominantly be delivered in central Birmingham with at least one being delivered in the Black Country, Coventry and Warwickshire and The Marches LEP regions. Locations will be confirmed after acceptance onto the programme.
