Pietro joined AstoPietro staff profilen Business School in September 2018 as a Teaching Fellow in Marketing, after spending the previous 3 years as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Marketing at Salford Business School, the University of Salford (UK). Along with his Teaching Assistantship, he began his Ph.D. studies in the area of branding in Higher Education, focusing on the implementation of internal branding in Universities.

His current research interests revolve around the topic of branding and its implication of organizations. More specifically he is interested in the concept of internal branding and the involvement of internal staff with the brand, specifically in the context of Higher Education.
Ph.D. research funding through a GTS studentship at the University of Salford.
