Biography
Uwe Napiersky is a renowned Business, Industrial and Coaching Psychologist. Uwe has a high level of consulting experience, working with complex organisations around the world. He worked more then 20 years in international consulting before joining academia in 2012. Uwe specialises in both individual & team coaching, and coaching and team coaching supervision, learning architecture, change management, leader and leadership development, psychometrics, self leadership and technology enhanced learning.
A certified professional coach and coaching supervisor, who currently develops Aston's upcoming 'teamcoaching with a 'playful' spin' certificate programme.
