6. Paying your tuition fee deposit

International clearing payment

All students will be required to pay a deposit to secure a place on their chosen course.

This information is provided in your offer letter, along with the details of your payment, including the amount to be paid and the date it will need to be paid by. This deposit amount will then be deducted from your first year’s tuition fees.

Aston offers a number of easy payment options through our online payment platforms. You can make payments via Credit or Debit Card and through the bank transfer platform, where a range of international payment methods are available.

7. Welcome & Pre CAS questionnaire

International pre CAS questionnaire

You will receive a welcome email which includes your Aston Student ID number. The ID takes an estimated 6 hours to become live after this email is sent.

For students who need to apply for a visa in order to study with us, you will need to complete a Pre-CAS Questionnaire. You will receive a unique link to complete this questionnaire in a system called CAS Shield. This link can take up to 2 working days to generate. If you have not received the link within this time, then please contact our Visa Compliance Team casqueries@aston.ac.uk quoting your Aston Student ID.

8. Accommodation
