If you want to start an undergraduate (Bachelor’s) degree at Aston University in September 2019, it’s not too late to apply. ‘Clearing’ is the time when universities make offers for the remaining places on their undergraduate or foundation courses. Please note, Healthcare Science (Audiology) is not available. 

There are a limited number of places available, so if you already have your results apply now to see if we could offer you a place on your chosen course. We’ll get back to you very quickly to confirm if we can offer you a place.

Apply in 7 simple steps:

1. Choose a course:

Think, plan and identify your ideal course by researching our course pages.

2. Apply now:

If you have got your results then complete our online application form. Once you complete the form you will get a text and an email confirming that we have received your application.

3. Offer:

If you are eligible you will receive an offer email with instructions on how to accept the offer (if you are not eligible you will also receive an email to confirm this).

4. Accept your offer:

Once we’ve made you an offer log onto your UCAS Track account, add Aston University (A80) and the course UCAS code (found in your offer email) to accept your place. The acceptance deadline can be found in your offer email. If you don’t have a UCAS Track account you can create one at www.ucas.com.

5. Confirmation of place on the course:

Once you have accepted your offer we aim to confirm your place on the course within one working day.

6. Welcome & Pre CAS questionnaire:

You will receive a welcome email which includes your Aston Student ID number (this becomes live after 6 hours). This email also includes a link to the Pre CAS questionnaire which you must complete as soon as possible (this is an important part of your visa application).

7. Accommodation:

Apply for your accommodation. Please note that you will need your Aston Student ID number for this, which is provided in the welcome email. Your Aston Student ID can take up to 6 hours to go live after receiving the welcome email

Paying your tuition fee deposit

Our preferred payment method is Aston University’s payment platform GlobalPay, powered by Western Union Business Solutions. This multi-language platform allows you to pay fees in your currency, track your payment, and avoid fees and international foreign exchange charges from your bank. We also accept payment by credit card or debit card. 

If you do not wish to pay via these methods, you can pay Aston University via bank transfer. Please call our Finance team on +44 (0) 121 204 4355 to request our bank details.

Important: please make sure that your Student ID number is quoted in the first part of the payment reference so that we can identify the payment.
