Certificates

If you attend the ceremony you will receive your certificate in person during the ceremony (providing you do not have a University debt).

Postgraduates

Postgraduate students will also usually receive a diploma supplement with their certificate.  The diploma supplement provides additional information about your degree, including module grades. If you do not attend, your certificate and diploma supplement (if applicable) will be sent to you in the post. Please allow three weeks for delivery in the UK and four weeks for overseas addresses.

Undergraduates

Undergraduate students will also usually receive a Higher Education Achievement Report (HEAR) upon graduation.  The HEAR is an electronic document only and graduands will receive an email inviting them to register to receive the HEAR prior to graduation. The HEAR provides additional information about your degree, including module grades. If you do not attend, your certificate will be sent to you in the post. Please allow three weeks for delivery in the UK and four weeks for overseas addresses.

Please note, if you have not registered via MAP and do not attend the ceremony, you will not receive your certificate as we do not know the correct address to post the certificate.

Photographs

You can order your graduation photographs from Ede & Ravenscroft at www.gownhire.co.uk. You will be required to set up a profile using your email address (it is preferable for you to use a personal email address, as your University email address will be closed once you have graduated).

After your graduation ceremony you can have formal photographs taken in our studios in the main building. You will then be sent an email that prompts you to visit Photoweb.

On Photoweb you can choose your images from your studio session, complete orders and place extra orders for further prints, packs and frames.

Photographs taken on the stage can be purchased on the day and will also be emailed, by Ede & Ravenscroft, to all graduates following the ceremony.
