In heart-fullness meditation sessions we aspire to feel the connection between the heart, spirit and mind in an attempt to focus on things that are good in our life and re-energise ourselves to deal with that which is challenging. The emphasis is to begin to become aware of, recognize and connect to, what we love and are grateful for. The Heart-fullness meditation sessions run every week during term time and are delivered jointly by Chaplaincy and Counselling: The Friday 2:30-3:20pm Heart-fullness meditation session is run on Blackboard under the ‘Chaplaincy’ organisation. These sessions are run by Zahida Hussain, Muslim Chaplain and Ummayah Sidhu, Psychotherapist/Counsellor
