AIPT presence at the Knowledge Transfer Showcase Even

AIPT had a strong presence at the Knowledge Transfer Showcase Event held at Aston on 25th March. 

In the Knowledge Transfer Project poster competition, AIPT members were involved in both the winning and runner up projects. 

The winner was a project involving David Benton, Kaiming Zhou and David Webb of AIPT assisting Gas Data Ltd of Coventry to develop a range of laser based gas monitors for biogas applications.

 The runner up project involved Kate Sugden of AIPT and Thomas Drew of LHS assisting Optimec Ltd to develop a system for high precision monitoring of contact lens shape


Gas data Ltd KTP associate Daniel Lee receives his prize certificate from the deputy vice-chancellor Helen Higson.
