Audio Visual Support

The team support all central learning and teaching lecture theatres and seminar rooms. This means that if you have a problem with the projector or the recording equipment in one of the room then there is someone who can help you to get it working.

In case of difficulty please call the team number (x4221) or use the ‘AV-SUPP’ shortcut button#3  from the phone located in the room as soon as possible to avoid delays or rescheduled sessions.  It is also important that all faults are reported so that they can be resolved before the next teaching session. At very busy times if we are unable to answer immediately please leave a voicemail and we will call the room phone back as soon as possible.

To ensure that teaching rooms are ready to use when required it is important that you leave the room as you would expect to find it, including making sure the mics are returned correctly to the charging dock, PC is logged out and that projector/s are switched off from the control panel.

Note: There are regular updates and changes to the AV equipment during the vacations, so it is important that you keep 

AV refresher sessions

The AV support team would like to invite all users to an induction or refresher session on the Audio Visual systems installed within pool teaching rooms.
