For users of the Microsoft Outlook 2016 desktop application...
Right-click the email you want to stop receiving in to your Inbox, then go to 'Junk', then 'Block Sender'...
You can also manage your safe and blocked senders by clicking "Junk E-mail Options..." in the menu above.
For users of Office365 Outlook Web Access...
Right-click the E-mail you want to stop receiving in to your Inbox, then click 'Mark as spam'.
Important: In Outlook Web Access, you'll be asked if you wish to send a copy of the E-mail to Microsoft to help improve the accuracy of the Junk E-mail filter. Typically, we recommend NOT sending a copy to Microsoft as this can sometimes result in legitimate E-mails getting blocked from being sent to and from the sending address depending on the email you specified to send a copy to Microsoft.
