Welcome to our upcoming Partner Conference taking place on the 4th and 5th of April 2019. We would be delighted to host you at our beautiful city centre campus and give you the opportunity to meet our staff and students, see our facilities and hear about the exciting new developments taking place at Aston University.

We welcome you to use this opportunity to send a variety of staff, including your counsellors, academic staff and marketing staff. It’s possible to send different staff to attend different days. If you have staff wanting to attend both days, Aston is happy to contribute towards the cost of a hotel room (please see note below on expenses). There is no limit on the number of people you can send.

Note about expenses

  • We are able to offer a contribution of up to £200 per person which will include a return train journey to Birmingham and an overnight stay at a hotel in Birmingham for delegates attending both days of activities. (Please note all train and hotel bookings must be independently made).
  • Please note that we will be accepting invoices for your expenses after the conference through agents@aston.ac.uk. We will need you to submit an invoice for the amount you are claiming, and a copy of the receipt of the purchase of a ticket and hotel booking.
  • For agents based in Birmingham we are able to offer a parking space on campus. Let us know in advance.
  • We will aim to process your expenses within 30 working days.
