Dr Richard Cooke is a Lecturer and HPC registered Health Psychologist with expertise in experimental, survey and systematic literature review methodologies. His research focuses on predicting attendance for cardiovascular health screening using psychological models of motivation.
Richard is the principal investigator on a project funded by Heart of Birmingham teaching Primary Care trust to evaluate the impact of cardiovascular screening on reducing incidence of the “deadly trio” (coronary heart disease, type 2 diabetes, chronic kidney disease).
Richard is internationally renowned for his work conducting systematic literature reviews.
