I am an experimental psychologist and my primary research interest is cognitive processes underpinning psychological disorders (especially depression and eating disorders). The key psychological processes that I am interested in are memory (especially autobiographical memory) and social cognition (especially facial emotion recognition). Other areas of interest include student's use of feedback, the influence of alexithymia on emotion processing and cognitive changes observed in older adults.
