My research agenda focuses on the intersection of political theory and international political thought. It engages with the idea of human vulnerability and how various aspects of moral institutional design, both historical and contemporary, address this problem in the wider theater of international politics. Previous work has focused on the morality of natural law, which I remained interested in but I am also pursuing themes related, but not limited to, critical international theory. I am also interested in pursuing research relating to the idea of global communities, citizenship, and maternal politics.
