We have a dedicated team of student support and examinations & assessment staff who are able to offer advice in person, by phone and by email. We are located next to the LSS Reception (which is Room MB775).
Everyone has problems with, or questions about IT. If you are a new student it can be particularly daunting, so the last thing you want to be worrying about is not being able to e-mail home and tell everyone you are OK, or you may be a returning student who has forgotten your password, or lost your uniCARD. The IT Helpdesk, located in the Main Building East room G16, will do what they can to resolve your problems.
