Your username is either your student number (2018 entry onwards) or a combination of your surname and first initial e.g. bloggsj, which can be found on enrolment correspondence you have received from Aston.

If you have forgotten your password please contact the IT Helpdesk via it_helpdesk@aston.ac.uk to reset your password.

If you have accepted an offer but not yet received your account login details, please wait for these to be sent to you and do not log in with your Applicant Login.

Your username is the email address you used when completing either the UCAS or the Direct Application Form.

For UCAS Applicants your password will initially be your date of birth (dd/mm/yyyy), when you first log in you will be asked to create a new password.

For Direct Applicants your password will be the same that you used for your application.

If you have accepted an offer but not yet received your account login details, please wait for these to be sent to you and do not log in with your Applicant Login.

Your MAP username is your Aston username e.g. bloggsj, not your Aston email address.

Your password is your Aston network password which you would use to log on to the computer. If you enter it incorrectly 3 times your account will be locked and you will need to email the IT Helpdesk to reset your password and/or unlock your account.
