Entertainment lifestyle magazine for Birmingham launched by Ben Smith.
An International Business and French graduate has founded online publishing company Access Regional, which has now launched its first magazine Access Birmingham.
Graduate Ben Smith, has developed Access Birmingham as an entertainment lifestyle e-magazine that reviews the best local venues such bars, restaurants and cafes in the Birmingham area.
The magazine provides its readers with bite-size information and is available via SmApp technology, an app which allows readers to download it directly to their smartphone or tablet.
In addition Access Regional is providing internships and work placement for university students who are keen to follow careers in PR and Journalism.
Ben said; “We provide light entertainment news for young people across the country on the move. The first couple of months have been exciting, although currently we review the Birmingham area we plan to expand and produce magazines for other city centres. Aston University has been a huge support in helping generate interest amongst students”.
Its another success story for the former Aston Students' Union Vice President, who recently won the Ernst and Young annual Aston Enterprise investment award for another business idea. He used the experienced gained from launching Access Regional as a launch pad for future business ventures.
