Six of Aston's postgraduate programmes have been ranked top 50 in Europe in a 2015-16 Top 200 ranking.

Published last month, the Eduniversal Best Masters Ranking 2015-16 assesses the best Masters programmes worldwide out of 4000 programmes in 30 fields of study. The six Aston programmes ranked cover all business areas, including Finance, Human Resources, International Business and Marketing as well as more specialised programmes in Information Systems and Social Responsibility.

The Eduniversal rankings team evaluate each programme based on reputation, post-graduation salary and student satisfaction, as well as awarding bonus points for aspects such as international diversity and opportunities for work-based experience. Each programme is also given a star rating based on their final score. Aston’s MSc International Business was given the maximum 4 stars, ranking 24th across all of the UK and Western Europe.

The programmes ranked are:

MSc Information Systems and Business Analysis (ranked 19th)

MSc International Business (ranked 24th)

MSc Accounting and Finance (ranked 34th)

MSc Social Responsibility and Sustainability (ranked 39th worldwide)

MSc Human Resource Management and Business (ranked 40th)

MSc Strategic Marketing Management (ranked 41st)

This success is just the latest in a series of accolades for the triple-accredited business school, with the MSc Investment Analysis ranked 48th in the world by the Financial Times Masters in Finance ranking. Aston Business School is also ranked top 100 in the world for Business and Management Studies in the 2015 QS World University Rankings, which is based on academic reputation, employer reputation and research impact.
