Dr. Eisenschimmel, an honorary graduate of Aston University, has worked in multiple sectors across five countries throughout her career. She was appointed Group Chief Marketing Director and Group Culture Director at Lloyds Banking Group after a series of senior roles at firms including EDF Energy and British Airways. She now works full time as a consultant to European private equity firm Permira.
Functionally, she has deep experience of sales, marketing, HR and culture change. She has led large teams inspiring them to high performance; even through significant change and champions colleagues everywhere she works to meet their goals with confidence.
Dr Keith Glanfield, a leading marketing lecturer at Aston, will be hosting the session which will feature a presentation as well as time for audience questions.
It will be held in the MBA Lounge and Susan Cadbury Lecture Theatre in Aston Business School on Tuesday, 28 February, 18:00–20:00.
