Sport Aston is on the Aston University Campus in Birmingham City Centre. The facilities are just off the A38 Aston Express way and are only a few of minutes walk from New Street, Moor Street and Snow Hill Stations. There are hotels to suit all budgets within 5 minutes of the sports facilities including the Conference Aston Hotel which is on the campus.

Sport Aston's facilities have been hired for a range of events from martial arts competitions to children's sports activity days. The facilities available to hire include two sports halls with spectator areas, an 8 aside 3G football pitch a 5 aside 3G football pitch, a swimming pool and two martial arts and dance studios.
