Exercising in a group is a great way to shake-up your normal workout routine.

We have more than 30 classes each week for you to choose from, so whether you want to sweat       in Spin, get moving in Pump or relax in Yoga, there is something for everyone. 

View our timetable below to see how our classes can fit into your schedule. Memberships aren't necessary as we offer all classes on a pay as you go basis.

Class needs to be booked on the day by purchasing a ticket from reception. Try to get one at least 15/20 mins before the start time to avoid missing out.

If you arrive late you may be refused entry to the class as an inadequate warm-up may lead to injury.

For health and safety reasons you will not be able to join a class once the warm-up section has been completed. Please make sure you wear the correct clothing and footwear to the classes. Failure to do so will result in you not being able to take part.


A great way to exercise and have fun using boxing-style movements.It also incorporates circuitstyle exercises to work and tone the whole body, also improving hand-eye coordination, timing and balance.

Studio Cycling

Classes simulate riding on various types of terrain such as hills and flat roads by adjusting the resistance on your bike.This class will increase your stamina levels and is a great calorie burner.

Hatha Yoga

You will move through a number of poses, holding them for varying periods of time. This style works all muscle groups effectively.

Pump It Up

A full-body workout which aims to tone and shape your muscles using free weights.

Thighs, Tums & Bums

A great toning class that targets the lower body focusing on your thighs, buttocks and abdominals.


This class involves dance moves set to Latin music. Fun, energising and easy to follow regardless of your fitness level.

Fast Abs

Your abs are an important area to maintain but often get neglected. This quick 30min class will focus on getting them in top shape ready for your holidays.

Stretch and Tone

A fantastic class to unwind ready for the weekend. This class helps to develop and maintain flexibility.

Ashtanga Yoga

Movement is synchronised with deep rhythmic breathing as you travel through a series of therapeutic yoga postures, building a deep heat throughout the body.

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training)

This class is based on short high-intensity training followed by lower intensity exercises. This type of training is bound to make you sweat.

Fitness Pilates

Pilates, but with added intensity! Great for strengthening the core whilst using functional fitness variations of the traditional Pilates movements.

Speed & Agility

Training drills designed to work all leg and core muscles. This class is great for all sport enthusiasts, at any level.


A series of bodyweight exercises designed to enhance your core strength and joint mobility.


Can’t decide between Yoga and Pilates? Then try Yogalates. Yogalates is superb for flexibility, muscle toning and endurance.


An aerobics class combining upper and lower body movements to burn calories, improve fitness and tone muscles.

Body Conditioning 

With the use of aerobic exercise, resistance and weights, Body Conditioning aims to increase your strength and tone your body.

Cardio Abs

A cardiovascular class which includes core conditioning and intervals along the way to keep you challenged.
