Aston University celebrated the graduation of the largest cohort of degree apprentices to date on Tuesday 16 April during the spring graduation ceremonies in Birmingham city centre.
The third cohort, made up of 36 apprentices on the Digital and Technology Solutions Degree Apprenticeship in partnership with Capgemini officially processed in the presence of the Chancellor, Sir John Sunderland and the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Alec Cameron at local landmark Town Hall Birmingham.
Professor Alec Cameron, Vice-Chancellor of Aston University, said:
“Graduation day is an important milestone in the life of every one of our students. It is a time to look back on the achievements and experiences gained over the course of their studies, but also an opportunity to realise the wealth of opportunity that now lies before them as Aston graduates.
“We pride ourselves on helping our graduates to become the best global citizens possible, able to think, reason and lead. I shall enjoy congratulating them all.”
