Why did you choose to study at Aston? 

I chose to study at Aston University as, they provide students with a wide range of professional skills that make the students stand out when applying for jobs. There are many hands on tasks, providing students with experience essential for their job role.

How did the quality of teaching and student support enhance your time at Aston? 

There was high quality teaching and support at Aston University which allowed my time at Aston to run smoothly. Also, it allowed me to complete assignments/ tasks to high quality standards.

What was the highlight of your time at Aston? 

The highlight of my time at Aston was working in a team. This provided me with essential skills and allowed me to learn from various things from different people.

How do you feel your placement prepared you for your future career? 

The project work has assigned me with a broad range of skills, which has given me an option of going into a wide range of jobs.

What was the highlight of your placement experience? 

The highlight of the experience was working with different people and being able to learn a wide range of skills from them.

How did you find the Aston campus experience? 

The campus is a lovely, stress free environment to be in. The well designed campus allows students to relax in their spare time as well as work in groups or individually.

What was the best thing about being a student in Birmingham? 

The best thing about being a student at Birmingham was that it is a supportive multicultural community, which enhances the experience of being a student.

What advice would you give to someone thinking of studying at Aston? 

Enjoy every aspect of the experience.

What would be your top recommendation to new students on what to do or see in Birmingham? 

Visit different locations around Birmingham.

If you could go back in time and give yourself one piece of advice as a first year student, what would it be? 

Don't over stress and enjoy the moment.
