Part 2.3: College Fora

2.3.1 Each College shall hold a College Forum for members of the College at least three times per year and
         on other occasions as may be required or if requested in writing by ten or more members of a
         College.  Accompanying information for these Fora will be made available to all University staff.

2.3.2 At a College Forum, all members of the College shall be entitled to attend, to discuss any matter
         relating to the work of the College, and any matter referred to the College by any other body within the
         University. The College shall be entitled to convey its views and to make recommendations on any
         matter discussed at a College Forum.

2.3.3 Each year a College Forum will focus on College strategy and student representatives from all
         programmes will be invited to attend and contribute to this meeting.

2.3.4 The College has the power to arrange the conduct of its business including the calling of its College’s
         Fora meetings.
